2.1 Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Platform Content

All stories, characters, and narratives on the platform are fictional and created for entertainment purposes. Content is generated by our internal AI pipeline and editorial team, or a combination of both. Story choices presented to readers are cosmetic in nature in the current version of the platform and do not alter the predetermined narrative outcome.

2.3 Content Ownership and Licensing

• All platform content, story assets, characters, and artwork are owned by the Company unless otherwise indicated
• AI-generated content produced by our systems remains the intellectual property of the Company
• Users do not acquire ownership rights to any story content, characters, or assets by accessing or reading them
• User-submitted feedback, suggestions, or community contributions may be used by the Company without compensation

2.4 User-Generated Content (Future Features)

Creator tools and user-submitted content features are planned for future platform versions. When available, separate creator terms will govern user-generated submissions.

2.5 Copyright and DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid copyright infringement claims. If we are notified of potential infringement, we may remove the allegedly infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated. To report copyright infringement, contact: support@gena.studio.

3.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Financial Data

Transaction data may be shared with regulators or financial institutions to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations.

4.1 Illegal Activities

• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such content is prohibited by law
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or financial crimes

4.2 Platform Abuse

• Attempting to bypass content access restrictions or unlock paid content without valid payment
• Manipulating mission systems, Fate Stone balances, or gamification metrics
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access limitations
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Services

4.3 Harmful or Infringing Content

• Sharing, reproducing, or distributing platform stories or characters without authorisation
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy AI models or story generation systems
• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users or platform staff

4.4 Security Violations

• Attempting unauthorised access to the Services or related systems
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Probing or testing system vulnerabilities without explicit written consent

5.1 Subscription Tiers

Otona.ai offers three membership tiers:

• Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
• Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle

5.2 Fate Stone Purchases

Fate Stones (Duyên Thạch / 縁石 / 縁·En) are the platform's virtual currency, available in five gem packages. Fate Stones:

• Are final and non-refundable once purchased
• Are delivered immediately upon purchase as digital content
• Have no cash value outside the Services and cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred
• Do not expire while your account remains active
• Can be earned through daily missions and in-app activities, subject to daily earning caps

5.3 Refund Policy

5.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Disputing charges or initiating chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all Fate Stones and subscription benefits. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Measures

• Users agree not to use the Services for unlawful financial activities
• We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or report suspicious transactions
• Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be suspended or terminated

6.1 Platform Ownership

The Services, including all software, visual assets, story content, characters, AI models, and all associated intellectual property, are owned by GEN A LIMITED and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

All stories, character artwork, and narrative content generated by our AI pipeline remain the sole property of GEN A LIMITED. Users may engage with this content within the platform but may not copy, redistribute, or use it outside the platform without express written consent.

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@gena.studio. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds for unused subscriptions or Fate Stones.

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you forfeit all unused Fate Stones and subscription benefits without refund.
